The side, exterior light at our house was the original fixture and was over 25 years old. Went looking for a modern design and found this Pia Ricco Outdoor Wall Lantern Sconce. Simple design and feels and looks like good quality. The instructions were very clearly laid out and easy to follow. I am not an electrician but I had no problems putting this up. Only took a few minutes and is mounted solidly. As the directions say, you may need to caulk around the fixture. I was prepared and laid a nice bead of caulk all around. Should be looking great outside for many years!
